We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead a Liquor Store in Nelspruit. If you have a passion for retail, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a motivated team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage ordering processes, and minimize stock loss.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control expenses, and drive sales to achieve profitability targets.
  • Compliance & Standards: Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years in a senior retail management role, preferably in an FMCG environment.
  • Education: Matric is essential; a retail or business management qualification is advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attributes: Proactive, results-driven, with a customer-centric approach. Ability to work flexible hours as required.
  • Other: Valid South African driver’s license and own transport.
