Job Responsibilities: Provide customer service by greeting and communicating with guests, answering phones, and performing all POS transactions efficiently. Provides an enjoyable employee environment by practicing teamwork. Enforces operation procedures by teaching and assisting in opening and closing procedures and daily retail duties. Maintains communication skills by providing written and verbal instructions, providing positive reinforcement, resolving conflict, and sharing company and department information. Maintains inventory by assisting with weekly cycle counts, receiving, and checking in merchandise, completing store transfers, submitting tag requests. And monitoring shrinkage and theft. Supports staff duties by assisting with POS transactions, housekeeping, and merchandising. Maintains store quality by restocking and correctly merchandising product. Provides a safe work environment by following safety procedures and completing weekly safety training. Preferred Experience: 6 months in a position involving sales, hospitality, or training of others. 1 year in a retail operation is preferred.
