POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Listing Agent to join our real estate team. The Listing Agent will be responsible for acquiring new property listings, building strong relationships with property owners, marketing listings effectively, and ensuring smooth transactions from listing to closing. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation ability, and an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market.

• Prospect and secure new property listings through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
• Conduct property evaluations and provide clients with accurate market analyses.
• Advise property owners on pricing, staging, and preparing homes for sale.
• Create and implement effective marketing strategies (online platforms, social media, open houses, brochures, etc.).
• Coordinate professional photography, videography, and virtual tours for listings.
• List properties on MLS and other real estate portals with accurate details.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms for clients.
• Maintain regular communication with property owners, providing updates and feedback.
• Collaborate with team members, brokers, and other agents to maximize exposure.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitive listings, and real estate regulations.
