We are seeking a motivated and experienced Listing Agent to join our real estate team. The Listing Agent will be responsible for securing property listings, managing client relationships, and ensuring a smooth selling process from start to finish. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and market knowledge to help clients achieve the best possible outcomes.

• Strong knowledge of the local property market and current trends.

• Prospect, generate, and secure new property listings through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
• Conduct property evaluations and market analyses to determine accurate listing prices.
• Prepare and present listing presentations to potential clients.
• Coordinate property staging, professional photography, and marketing activities.
• Create compelling property listings and manage online/offline advertising campaigns.
• Maintain communication with property owners, providing updates on market activity and buyer feedback.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms.
• Work closely with buyers’ agents, attorneys, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
• Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, clients, and transactions in CRM systems.
