Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on selling their properties. Conduct thorough market analysis to determine competitive and accurate property pricing. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to attract qualified buyers. Coordinate property showings, open houses, and networking events to showcase listings. Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers to secure favorable terms and successful transactions. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the sales process. Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including agents, inspectors, and lenders, to ensure smooth closings. Stay up to date with local market trends, property values, and real estate regulations. Valid real estate license in the relevant state or jurisdiction. Proven experience as a Listing Agent or in a similar real estate sales role. Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and property values.
