Experience:

• Sales/Customer Service: 2 years (Required

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS :

A bachelor’s or associate degree in marketing, sales, or a related field may be advantageous.
2 years Proven experience as telesales representative with minimum 2 years’ experience or other sales/customer service role.
 Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
 Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
 Excellent knowledge of English.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
 Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
 Appealing appearance on the phone.
 Proven track record of successfully meeting sales queries preferably over the phone.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contacts potential existing or non-existing customers to inform them about our new market campaigns or services using given scripts.
• Matching the Buyer’s and Tenant’s inquiries addressed by the Listing and Sales Agents within a timely manner.
• Generates and qualifies leads from cold calling and inbound interaction.
• Contacting leads immediately and meeting the client ASAP and providing a solution.
• All client communications need to be done through the PSI official number and follow email equities.
• Reporting on daily basis all the activities to the Line Manager and update the daily activities on the system.
• Inquiring about the “Hot deals” and notifying the Sales/Listing and marketing teams on same.

  Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
