POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Listing Agent to join our real estate team. The Listing Agent will be responsible for assisting property owners in marketing and selling their homes, ensuring a smooth transaction process from listing to closing. This role requires strong communication, market knowledge, and negotiation skills to maximize property exposure and achieve the best results for clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, preferably with a focus on listings.
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market and property values.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MLS, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Prospect and generate listing leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
• Meet with property owners to assess their needs, provide market analysis, and recommend listing prices.
• Prepare and present listing agreements, contracts, and required documentation.
• Market properties through MLS, online platforms, social media, and company resources.
• Coordinate professional photography, staging, and open houses to showcase listings effectively.
• Maintain regular communication with sellers, providing updates on market activity and feedback.
• Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and terms on behalf of clients.
• Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and ethical standards throughout the transaction process.
• Collaborate with buyer’s agents, escrow officers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth closings.
• Stay updated on market trends, neighborhood developments, and real estate regulations.
