POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Listing Agent to join our real estate team. The Listing Agent will be responsible for managing property listings, building strong client relationships, and ensuring properties are marketed effectively to achieve quick and profitable sales.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a real estate agent, preferably with a focus on listings.

  • Market properties through multiple channels, including MLS, online platforms, social media, and open houses.
  • Respond to inquiries from potential buyers and buyer agents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers to achieve the best possible terms.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates throughout the sales process.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with legal requirements, company policies, and ethical standards.
