Royal Holiday Homes Abu Dhabi is the #1 property management company in Abu Dhabi, hosting over 10,000 tourists each month. We specialize in managing premium short-term rental properties across platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and more. We are looking for a Listing Agent who will play a key role in creating and maintaining high-quality online listings to maximize bookings and revenue.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in listing creation and management on OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Property Finder and Dubizzle platforms
  • Strong understanding of OTA backend systems and functionalities
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Preferred: Previous experience in Holiday Homes or Hospitality industry

Responsibilities
  • Create and publish property listings on a daily basis across multiple platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO, etc.)
  • Maintain and update listings to ensure accuracy in pricing, availability, and descriptions
  • Manage listings on local platforms such as Property Finder and Dubizzle
  • Optimize listing titles, descriptions, and images for better visibility and conversion rates
  • Ensure compliance with OTA (Online Travel Agency) platform requirements and policies
  • Monitor platform backend dashboards and resolve any listing-related issues promptly
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for photography and content updates
  • Report on listing performance and suggest improvements for occupancy and revenue growth
