QUALIFICATIONS

• Property Brokerage, Sales, Listing, and Leasing skills
• Knowledge in Development & Consultancy Services and Real Estate Marketing
• Strong negotiation and communication skills ( English & Arabic )
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience in property appraisal and facility management
• Experience in listing properties over (Bayut, PF and Dubizzle)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

This is a full-time on-site role for a Listing Agent at Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI) in Abu Dhabi. The Listing Agent will be responsible for property brokerage tasks such as sales, listing, and leasing activities. Additionally, the Listing Agent will provide development & consultancy services, real estate marketing, investment advisory, property appraisal, and property & facility management.
