FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Title: Listing Admin Coordinator (Arabic & English speaking)
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage property listings for real estate sales and rentals
- Gather property information, take photos, and write compelling descriptions
- Upload listings to various online platforms and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with clients and agents to schedule property viewings
- Maintain organized records of all listings and update them as needed
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective listing strategies
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the listing process
-Create a good relationship with owners to obtain the DARI AND ADGM Permit certificate
