QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate or property management, preferably in a listing role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, MS Office, and property listing platforms (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut).
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market and RERA laws is a plus.
  • Languages: Fluency in Arabic is required; knowledge of English or other languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Property Listing Management:
  • Coordinate and oversee the listing process for residential and commercial properties.
  • Collect and verify all necessary documents, property details, and permissions for listings.
  • Ensure all listings meet the company’s quality standards and are compliant with local regulations.
  • Marketing Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance property visibility through various platforms, including online portals, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Suggest creative ideas to improve listing presentation and reach a wider audience.
  • Client Interaction:
  • Liaise with property owners, landlords, and developers to acquire and maintain exclusive listings.
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status and performance of their property listings.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify competitive properties and pricing trends.
  • Advise clients on appropriate pricing strategies based on current market conditions.
  • Internal Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales and leasing team to ensure accurate and timely sharing of listing information.
  • Assist team members with property inquiries and client requests.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain and update the company’s CRM and property management systems with current and accurate listing details.
