Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Listing Coordinator to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the listing process from start to finish, ensuring that properties are marketed effectively and that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience and Knowledge:
  • Previous experience in real estate or real estate administration is preferred.
  • Know How to use CRM system
  • Knowledge of real estate contracts, listing agreements, and transaction processes.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Responsibilities
  • Listing Preparation:
  • Coordinate and prepare all necessary documentation for new property listings, including contracts, listing agreements, and MLS (Multiple Listing Service) forms.
  • Work with real estate agents to gather property information, photos, and other materials needed for listing preparation.
  • Schedule professional photography, virtual tours, and staging services if required.
  • MLS and Marketing:
  • Input property listings into the MLS and other real estate websites (Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.).
  • Create and update property listings with accurate details, high-quality photos, and marketing descriptions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that property listings are promoted on social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
  • Monitor and update listing statuses (e.g., Active, Under Contract, Sold).
  • Communication:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, agents, and third-party vendors during the listing process.
  • Communicate with sellers to update them on the progress of their listing and address any questions or concerns.
  • Provide timely updates to the real estate team on the status of listings and marketing efforts.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Prepare and maintain listing files and records, ensuring all documents are complete and up-to-date.
  • Track deadlines and ensure that all necessary steps are taken in a timely manner to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Coordinate showings and open houses, working with agents and sellers to schedule appointments.
  • Assist with post-sale tasks, including closing paperwork and file organization.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients by offering guidance and answering questions throughout the listing process.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive experience for sellers and potential buyers.
