POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a Listing Manager to take ownership of the seller experience from contract to close. You’ll be the primary point of contact for sellers and play a key role in managing communication, coordinating with our internal team, and getting homes sold efficiently. This is not a traditional agent role — we provide the listings and you focus on executing our proven system to get homes sold. Your job is to manage the seller experience, list homes on the MLS, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth closings. This is a commission-based sales role with a small base salary, paid based on the net profit of each sale.

• Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners selling their home
• Follow our in-house process to list homes, coordinate showings, and guide sellers through each step to closing
• Negotiate offers and communicate with buyers’ agents
• Work closely with our Project Manager to schedule and oversee repairs or prep work
• Coordinate with our Closing Manager to ensure smooth closings
• Support sellers with care and professionalism throughout the entire experience
• Maintain organized records and status updates in our CRM
