WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR…

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Listing Specialist to support our listings team in successfully launching new vacation rental properties. This role plays a critical part in curating high-quality listings by selecting the best images, ensuring content accuracy, and using performance data to optimize visibility and appeal.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams across marketing, operations, revenue, and account management to ensure a smooth and efficient listing launch process.
This is a fully remote, global role, though candidates must be available to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.

What you’ll do…

  • Data Collection & Performance Analysis:
  • Pull, analyze, and interpret performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Track key metrics such as occupancy rates, revenue performance, and operational efficiency to provide actionable insights.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to internal teams to optimize listing performance.
  • Listing Optimization & Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct regular listing audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Review and optimize titles, descriptions, amenities, and photos for consistency and competitiveness.
  • Work with the Listings team to implement enhancements that improve ranking, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Marketing, Listings, and Account Management teams to align listing optimization strategies with broader company goals.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders, including property owners and team members.
  • Support process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • System & Reporting Mastery:
  • Learn and navigate internal property management systems (PMS) and distribution platforms.
  • Create, maintain, and update reports using Google Sheets, Monday.com, and data dashboards to track performance.
  • Develop automated tools and reporting mechanisms to improve data accessibility and decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills—ability to juggle multiple listings at once while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • A strong eye for visual content—ability to select compelling property photos that enhance guest appeal and drive bookings.
  • Copywriting, copyediting, and proofreading skills to ensure listing accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Analytical mindset—comfortable interpreting performance data and using insights to optimize listings.
  • Comfortable navigating internal systems (PMS, OTA platforms, content management tools) and following SOPs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams while managing independent tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Confidence in stakeholder communication, including with internal teams, property owners, and external partners.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Experience with listing audits, content optimization, or digital quality assurance is beneficial.
  • Background in vacation rentals, real estate, hospitality, or e-commerce is a plus.
  • Ability to work Pacific, Mountain, or Central Time (U.S.) hours.
