As our new E-commerce Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving our clients’ success in the Lithuanian market. Together with the supportive Lithuanian team, you’ll collaborate with clients to localise online webshops, improve performance and boost conversions, while also ensuring that end-customers enjoy a smooth, helpful and positive shopping experience 🤝 📈 We’re looking for someone who: ● Is tech-savvy and curious by nature – proactive, comfortable diving into data and always eager to learn new things. ● Has previous experience with e-commerce projects (e.g., webshops, online marketing, digital customer experience). ● Has experience working in B2B environments, including providing structured feedback to clients. ● Is a native Lithuanian speaker with a deep understanding of local consumer mindset and online shopping habits. ● Has experience in translating documents/texts. ● Is fluent in English - you will be working with 5 other nationalities Your tasks and responsibilities: ● Delivering MakesYouLocal solutions and ensuring their successful implementation for clients (webshop audits, competitor analysis, etc.). ● Providing valuable feedback to clients to optimise the customer experience. ● Translation of product descriptions, ads, newsletters and other types of webshop texts. ● Social media monitoring on behalf of webshops. ● Customer support (phone, chat, email).
