Your expertise in B2B sales will be essential in building and nurturing strong client relationships and ensuring successful sales outcomes. Responsibilities Effectively communicate with Lithuanian-speaking clients to identify their needs and propose tailored B2B cloud solutions Deliver engaging product demonstrations and clearly explain the benefits of our services Manage the sales process from initial outreach through to deal closure Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Maintain accurate records of client communications and sales activities Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client service and product delivery Stay informed about industry trends and product advancements to better assist clients Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and verbal Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focused on delivering excellent customer service Experience in B2B sales and familiarity with a customer-facing role is preferred Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities A proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving sales goals Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment A genuine interest in technology and a desire to learn about cloud solutions Willingness to relocate within Poland as part of the employment package Competitive Monthly Salary Monthly Performance Bonus Fully Paid Relocation Package ( Flight, Transfer and Hotel ) Private Health Insurance Bonus structure 50 euros food bonus (if work from office) 2 Extra Salaries Per Year A lot of extra perks
