This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home anywhere within mainland Portugal or the islands. You will be supporting a high-profile Automotive Digital Services project, helping customers navigate the future of driving—from connected car apps to digital service scheduling. Role Overview As a Customer Advisor, you are the face (and voice) of our brand. You will handle inquiries from Lithuanian-speaking customers, ensuring they receive premium support for their digital automotive needs. Whether it's troubleshooting a mobile app sync or explaining a service subscription, your goal is to provide a seamless, high-quality experience. Your Responsibilities Customer Support: Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in fluent Lithuanian. Technical Troubleshooting: Assist users with digital automotive platforms, account management, and connectivity issues. Case Management: Log and track customer interactions in our CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions. Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive digital features and service updates. Quality Excellence: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by providing clear, empathetic, and efficient solutions. What You Bring to the Table Language Skills: Fluency in Lithuanian (written and verbal) and a B2 level of English for internal communication and training. Location: You must be currently based in Portugal with valid work authorization. (Please note: No relocation package is offered for this role). Communication: Exceptional listening skills and the ability to explain complex digital services in simple terms. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating multiple screens and learning new software quickly.
