This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about finance and dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients. As a vital part of our team, you will assist customers with their banking inquiries while ensuring a positive and informative experience. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to banking products, services, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Lithuanian. Provide information on banking procedures, loan options, and investment services. Assist customers in troubleshooting account issues and resolving complaints effectively. Document customer interactions accurately within the banking system. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on banking regulations and product offerings to provide accurate assistance. Fluency in Lithuanian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly and maintain confidentiality. Proficient in using banking software and CRM systems.
