Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to announce an opening for Lithuanian Speaking Customer Service Representatives within the biotechnology industry. This role presents an incredible opportunity for individuals passionate about customer service and the life sciences sector. As a representative, you will engage with clients and partners, providing them with essential support and information regarding our biotechnology products and services, all while communicating in Lithuanian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to biotechnology solutions and services through phone, email, and chat in Lithuanian. Educate clients about product features, applications, and compliance with industry standards. Assist in troubleshooting issues and work closely with technical teams to provide effective solutions. Document customer interactions accurately to ensure comprehensive follow-up and support. Collaborate with product development and sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date on developments in the biotechnology field to provide informed assistance. Fluency in Lithuanian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial. Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the biotechnology or life sciences field. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer support. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an advantage. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
