Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a position for Lithuanian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the finance industry. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals who are passionate about finance and dedicated to providing excellent customer support. As a representative, you will engage with clients in Lithuanian, assisting them with their inquiries and helping them navigate financial products and services. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries regarding financial products, services, and accounts via phone, email, and chat in Lithuanian. Provide clear and accurate information about account balances, transactions, and financial regulations. Assist clients in resolving issues related to their accounts and facilitate necessary follow-ups. Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with financial advisors and internal teams to ensure customer needs are addressed effectively. Stay informed about new financial products and services to provide up-to-date guidance to clients. Fluency in Lithuanian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English or other languages is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the finance industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction. Proficient in problem-solving and delivering solutions promptly. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage sensitive customer information discreetly. Familiarity with financial software and customer relationship management tools.
