As a representative, you will navigate inquiries related to healthcare services, ensuring that clients receive the information and assistance they need in Lithuanian. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries about healthcare services, appointment scheduling, and patient support through phone, email, and chat in Lithuanian. Guide patients through healthcare processes, including insurance verification and benefits. Resolve issues and concerns promptly and empathetically, ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system for continuity of care. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrative teams to enhance service delivery. Stay updated on healthcare policies, procedures, and service changes to provide accurate information. Fluency in Lithuanian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the healthcare sector, is preferable. Outstanding communication skills with an empathetic and patient-centered approach. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care. Proficiency in CRM systems and general computer applications.
