Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a vacancy for Lithuanian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Hospitality & Tourism industry. This position is ideal for enthusiastic individuals who love engaging with people and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. As a representative, you will assist tourists and hospitality clients in navigating their inquiries and ensure they have a delightful experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding travel arrangements, accommodations, and local attractions via phone, email, and live chat in Lithuanian. Provide accurate information about services, bookings, and hospitality options. Assist in resolving customer issues, complaints, and last-minute changes professionally and efficiently. Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system. Collaborate with hotel and service providers to ensure seamless customer experiences. Stay informed about local tourism developments and hospitality trends to better assist customers. Fluency in Lithuanian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial. Experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or tourism sectors, is preferred. Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Excellent problem-solving skills and a dedication to customer satisfaction. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and work under pressure. Proficiency in using CRM systems and general office software.
