Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for Lithuanian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the insurance industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service and have a passion for helping clients navigate their insurance needs. As a customer service representative, you will assist policyholders in understanding their coverage and addressing any inquiries they may have. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, and coverage options in Lithuanian via phone, email, and live chat. Provide clear explanations of policy details, terms, and conditions to clients. Assist customers with the claims process, including documentation and follow-up. Resolve issues and concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure timely support and communication. Stay updated on insurance products and industry regulations to offer knowledgeable assistance. Fluency in Lithuanian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance sector. Outstanding communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Strong attention to detail and the ability to explain complex information simply. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards customer care. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
