This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about healthcare and committed to providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for assisting customers and healthcare professionals with inquiries related to pharmaceutical products and services, ensuring clarity and support in Lithuanian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding pharmaceutical products, prescription information, and service offerings via phone, email, and chat in Lithuanian. Provide accurate information on product availability, side effects, and usage instructions. Assist customers with prescription refills, account management, and any concerns they may have. Resolve complaints and issues swiftly to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to improve service delivery and response times. Stay informed about industry regulations and product updates to better assist customers. Fluency in Lithuanian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Experience in customer service, preferably within the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient support. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities, especially in a high-pressure environment. Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications.
