Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a unique opportunity for Lithuanian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Real Estate industry. If you have a passion for real estate and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, this role is tailored for you. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries and provide them with crucial information about properties and services in their native language. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to real estate listings, property tours, and services via phone, email, and live chat in Lithuanian. Provide detailed information on property features, availability, and pricing. Assist clients with appointment scheduling for viewings and follow-ups. Resolve customer issues or complaints effectively, ensuring a positive experience. Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system. Work closely with real estate agents and other teams to facilitate smooth transactions. Stay informed about market trends and company offerings to offer knowledgeable assistance to customers. Fluency in Lithuanian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate industry. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. Proficiency with CRM systems and general office software. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
