Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ (Hybrid – Onsite Mon–Thurs, Remote Fri)
Pay Range: $30 per hour (W2)
Job Type: Contract (6+ months)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Thursday onsite (8:00am–4:30pm), Friday remote

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Litigation Administrator to join our legal team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree who is eager to gain hands-on experience in litigation support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree (Legal Studies, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field)
  • 0–2 years of legal, paralegal, or litigation support experience (internships accepted)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote)

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Familiarity with litigation processes and terminology
  • Prior internship or administrative support role in a legal environment
  • Experience handling consumer complaints or case tracking

  • Manage litigation case docket, including class actions, commercial litigation, product liability, small claims, and administrative matters
  • Track deadlines, monitor case progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain case-related records and documents
  • Support responses to consumer complaints and outside counsel administration
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure smooth case management
