Zwicker is headquartered in Andover, Massachusetts, and has office locations across the United States. Zwicker is presently seeking a Litigation Assistant Lead to join our team. The Litigation Assistant Lead is a senior-level legal support professional who oversees and coordinates the work of litigation assistants within the Firm. The selected candidate will receive an additional $2.00 per hour to their current rate of pay. Responsibilities include Data entry; recording information into system of record Adhering to company work flows to complete centralized processes Issue identification and correction Assisting with creation and maintenance of SOPs Training Effective escalation of feedback Inventory management Delegation of work to the team Support managers, branch attorneys, and clients Other duties as assigned Requirements Experience in a similar, high volume environment or expert skill set as member of existing team Demonstrated leadership ability Previous supervisory experience (preferred) Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy Comfortable working independently and in a team environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and time management skills Strong computer skills including experience in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal relationship skills Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule Be able to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence Physical Qualifications Be able to lift five pounds or greater Be able to sit 90% of the workday at times Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed Be able to concentrate and use critical thinking Please note that this job description is not intended to be a comprehensive listing of all activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee in this position.
