Responsibilities: Work with supervising partners on case files from inception through resolution, ensuring timely and efficient case progression Handle a broad range of professional liability matters, including malpractice claims involving attorneys, insurance agents/brokers, accountants, and real estate professionals Conduct thorough case assessments, develop legal strategies, and oversee all phases of litigation to achieve favorable outcomes for clients Why KD? Actual compensation will be determined based on market location, as well as the candidate’s experience, skills, and job-related qualifications.
