Our Dallas office is expanding, and we’re looking for an attorney ready to build a long-term career in employment litigation with a nationally recognized team. Responsibilities: Independently manage all phases of complex litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation Conduct and defend depositions, draft and argue substantive motions, and handle oral arguments in state and federal courts Lead cases from inception through resolution, ensuring effective case development, risk assessment, and client communication throughout Why KD? Responsibilities

The Litigation Associate will independently manage all complex litigation phases, including strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Responsibilities also include conducting depositions, arguing substantive motions, and leading cases from inception through resolution while maintaining client communication.
