We Know You:
You have at least 3 years of experience representing clients in the gaming industry (i.e., casino gaming, sports betting, iGaming, fantasy sports, etc.) in a mid-size to large law firm setting. Gaming regulatory experience is preferred, and representing the tribal gaming space is a plus. Your background includes drafting and arguing discovery motions and taking and defending depositions. You possess exceptional oral and written advocacy skills with strong academic credentials. You are adept in case management, and are ready to take the lead. You are admitted to practice in a state where Nelson Mullins has an office.
