Location & Commitments: Practice Area/Department: Litigation Work Location: Hybrid - This position will report to work at our office in Jacksonville 2 days a week. (hybrid preferred but open to remote depending on the right candidate) Responsibilities: Draft legal documents (pleadings, motions, etc.) for negotiations and proceedings. Take depositions, attend hearings, conduct mediation, and represent clients at trial. Conduct legal research, assist with preparation for hearings, and provide legal counsel to clients. Analyze legal matters, advise clients, and negotiate on their behalf. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure efficient case management. Maintain up-to-date client files for easy access by the team. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements & Competencies: Florida Bar Admission Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management and problem-solving abilities. Superior attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
