Job Title: Litigation Attorney Location: Plainville, MA Hybrid Overview Seeking a Litigation Attorney with experience in foreclosure and real estate law to handle litigation, title review, and court appearances. Key Responsibilities Handle foreclosure litigation matters Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents Review title issues and resolve defects Represent clients in court, hearings, and depositions Conduct legal research and discovery Manage multiple cases and meet deadlines Skills Strong legal writing and research Courtroom experience Ability to manage high caseload Requirements J.D. and Massachusetts Bar (active) 3–5 years of civil litigation experience Experience in foreclosure, real estate, or creditor rights Knowledge of FDCPA, RESPA, TILA (preferred) Would you like to know more about this opportunity?
