Location & Commitments: Practice Area / Department: Coverage & Bad Faith Status: Full-Time / Exempt Work Location: Fully Remote / Hybrid / In-Office options available for this position. Responsibilities: Draft legal documents (pleadings, motions, etc.) for negotiations and proceedings. Take depositions, attend hearings, conduct mediation, and represent clients at trial. Conduct legal research, assist with preparation for hearings, and provide legal counsel to clients. Analyze legal matters, advise clients, and negotiate on their behalf. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure efficient case management. Maintain up-to-date client files for easy access by the team. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements & Competencies: Florida Bar Admission Prior clerkship and law review experience Strong writing skills Excellent verbal communication skills Strong time management and problem-solving abilities. Superior attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with others. Must meet billing goal expectations.
