Job Description and Responsibilities White and Williams LLP, a large multi-practice law firm seeks an enthusiastic associate for our litigation department. Ideally, the associate would have recently completed a judicial clerkship or have 1-4 years of experience in handling a variety of litigation.  NJ Bar admission required; NY Bar admission preferred along with excellent academic credentials.  Candidates should have experience, commensurate with their years, litigating in state and federal courts.
