Description The Litigation Budget Analyst will be responsible for preparing litigation budgets in compliance with client billing/carrier guidelines. This is a position best suited for a legal professional (i.e., Paralegal or Legal Assistant) with strong analytical skills and an understanding of insurance defense litigation. Duties and Responsibilities Work closely with attorneys to develop and maintain litigation budgets for the General Liability, Construction Defect, and Appellate practice groups. Ensure matter budgets and accruals comply with client and insurance carrier billing guidelines. Liaise with clients and carriers regarding financial projections, status updates, and billing audits. Requirements At least 3 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant. Prior experience preparing litigation budgets preferred. Familiarity with legal billing systems and eBilling platforms preferred. Salary Description $80,000 - $100,000 Supervisory Responsibilities None Physical Requirements Primarily sedentary work.
