Description We are hiring a Litigation Electronic Discovery Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities include working closely with the litigation team and clients to identify, analyze, and preserve ESI (electronically stored information) ensuring electronic data, (such as emails, text messages, audio/video files, and documents), are collected, processed, analyzed and reviewed securely and legally. Interfaces with internal firm personnel to support their use of Sheehan’s Electronic Discovery tools and follows protocols to load, process, index, and manage document productions in the Reveal environment along with other tasks as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Problem-solving and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines Positive attitude with high ethical standards Strong presentation skills Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Ability to interact with clients and third parties on a professional level Detail oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to work as a part of a team as well as independently Requirements Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent with 2 years of experience operating in a hands-on litigation support services role preferred. Law school graduates with document review experience are also encouraged to apply. Prior work at a law firm and/or corporate legal department preferred. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills along with proven experience working with internal and external customers/clients required along with proficiency with MS Office.
