REQUIREMENTS:

• CILEX-qualified or experienced Paralegal / Litigation Executive.
• Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and processes.
• Excellent communication, drafting, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Local to Holborn (WC1V 7JH) or able to commute easily.
• Willingness to work full-time in an office-based environment.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The successful candidate will assist our solicitors with case management and litigation support, providing high-quality legal advice and administrative assistance in civil matters. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting in the preparation and management of litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Drafting legal documents including statements of case, witness statements, and correspondence.
• Liaising with clients, counsel, courts, and other parties involved in litigation matters.
• Conducting legal research and gathering evidence to support cases.
• Maintaining accurate case records and monitoring deadlines.
• Supporting solicitors in court hearings and tribunal appearances where required.
