Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an ambitious Litigation Executive to join our busy Litigation Department in our Central London office. This role would suit a CILEX-qualified executive (or part-qualified) or a candidate with strong litigation experience who is looking to progress their career in a supportive and professional environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a varied caseload of litigation matters including civil disputes, debt recovery, contractual claims, and landlord & tenant issues.
  • Draft legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and witness statements.
  • Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical advice to clients.
  • Liaise with clients, counsel, experts, and courts as required.
  • Prepare cases for hearings, mediations, and trials.
  • Ensure compliance with SRA regulations and firm policies.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Litigation Department.
