• Handling a caseload of Credit Hire files (defendant experience highly desirable)
• Managing claims from inception through to settlement/trial
• Liaising with insurers, clients, and third parties
• Drafting pleadings, applications, and instructions to counsel
• Attending conferences and hearings as required
