CANDIDATE PROFILE / EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

• Minimum 3 years’ claimant-side motor litigation experience
• Proven experience with subrogated claims and credit hire
• Strong understanding of CPR, pre-action protocols, and litigation procedures
• Familiarity with Proclaim case management system (or similar)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure

A well-established law firm in the Northwest is seeking an experienced Litigation Executive to manage a caseload of motor claims, with a particular focus on subrogation and credit hire matters for high-net-worth clients and insurers. This is a full-time, hybrid role, dealing with both pre-litigated and litigated cases from inception to conclusion.
