Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team in Midvale, UT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and a passion for helping clients navigate complex legal issues. Responsibilities: Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements. Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in family law. Attend court hearings and trials, and present cases effectively. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. 2-5 years of experience in family law litigation.
