Description:

Seeking a Litigation * Insurance Defense* Paralegal MEDMAL EXP
Location: FTL, FL Experience Required: 5+ years with 5+ years of Insurance Defense experience, preferably in Medical Malpractice, General Liability, Personal Injury, or Wrongful Death cases.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client documents, including electronic data, and identify relevant materials.
  • Conduct litigation and background checks; obtain authenticated records.
  • Prepare, label, and redact documents for production.
  • Assist with trial prep: exhibits, evidentiary matters, witness prep, subpoenas, and trial support.
  • Conduct online research and utilize firm resources effectively.
  • Summarize medical records, and bills, and create chronologies.
  • Communicate with clients, carriers, and counsel in a team environment.
  • Liaise with expert witnesses and manage qualifications, retention, and communications.
  • Review vendor invoices and ensure timely submission for processing.
