LITIGATION INTAKE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY Salary: $120,000 base + uncapped commission (3% of all fees collected) Bonus: $10,000 Retention Bonus Overview Join Thomas J. Henry Law as a Litigation Intake Associate Attorney. You will play a key role in signing new clients, evaluating cases, negotiating settlements, and managing initial litigation. You will deliver exceptional client service while maximizing earnings through our Every Case Counts Plan.
