Description

Kalemi Law Professional Corporation is a prominent law firm focused primarily on Real Estate and Private Financing. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Litigation Lawyer to handle all litigation matters, especially mortgage enforcement. Minimum of 3 years experience.
This is a full-time Litigation Associate Lawyer/Mortgage Enforcement role located in Toronto, ON. The role involves handling day-to-day tasks related to litigation, mortgage enforcement, and real estate transactions. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge and experience in real estate law, Mortgages Act, litigation, and mortgage enforcement
  • Strong legal research and writing skills
  • Ability to represent clients effectively in court
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
  • min. 3 years work experience in litigation
  • Professional, punctual and excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines;
  • Willingness to take initiative and ability to work independently
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $70,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
