We are seeking a lawyer to join our expanding highly respected practice to provide legal advice and representation to clients regarding corporate and commercial disputes.

YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:

• Representing clients in a wide range of business litigation matters, including employment, commercial contract disputes, shareholder disputes, real estate/condo disputes, and general civil litigation including, estate litigation and small claims court disputes
• Developing and implementing effective litigation strategies, including case assessment, negotiation, and trial preparation.
• Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing expert legal advice to clients.
• Collaborating with colleagues and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services to meet client objectives seamlessly.
• Staying current with changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients’ cases.
• Appearing in court for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
