FULL-TIME/PART TIME LITIGATION LAWYER IN DEVON

Samuels Solicitors are seeking a professional and client-focussed litigation lawyer to work full time or part-time within our existing litigation team. The post can be based in either our Barnstaple or Kingsbridge offices in Devon.

WHAT YOU CAN OFFER:

We are looking for someone with a solid knowledge of litigation, with a particular interest in building disputes, housing disrepair, landlord and tenant, neighbour and boundary disputes. You will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with good advising skills and the confidence to deal with urgent matters under pressure.
You will be able to build relationships with clients, agents and others and ensure that client needs are met. You will have good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and work quickly and accurately to meet deadlines.
We will expect you to be comfortable working within a team and independently building your own caseload. You will be an excellent communicator and have 3+ years PQE or equivalent experience.
