REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • 2-6 years PAE in another reputable litigation-based practice
  • Solid experience in commercial litigation
  • Strong legal analysis and exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Solid analytical and advice drafting skills, commitment to building strong client relationships and contributing to the growth of a practice
  • Strong commitment to client services and advanced research skills

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We are currently searching for a 2-6 year PAE litigation lawyer to join our national litigation and dispute resolution practice in the Melbourne office. The successful candidate will work on high-profile national matters in a dynamic team environment.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • The full life cycle of matter related activities including (but not limited to) security reviews, settlement negotiations, Court appearances and enforcement action
  • Provision of alternative dispute resolution alternatives
  • Legal advice regarding litigation matters to predominantly institutional and large corporate clients

The legal work is diverse and challenging with a range of matters across industry.
