Dinsmore is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant at our Miami, FL location who will support multiple attorneys with complex commercial litigation, commercial transactions, torts, and product liability matters. Responsibilities Filings, client management, billing, time entry, formatting, proofreading and editing of documents, travel arrangements, and other legal assistant functions. We seek candidates who are self-directed, high energy, and have advanced computer skills. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience with litigation support Ability to manage billing for assigned attorneys (time entry, pre-bills, invoicing) Strong experience calendaring litigation deadlines Working knowledge and understanding of state and federal court rules and procedures Filing/e-filing experience in state and federal courts, ECF, and Pacer Experience using attorney timekeeping software and document management systems Experience and proficiency using MS Office Suite Ability to manage multiple deadlines Excellent writing, grammar, proofreading skills, and meticulous attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Proven success as a positive team player, as well as a proactive, independent worker Ability to excel in a fast paced environment Equal Opportunity Employer
