This is a new position and will require you to do a little bit of everything to get the office up and running smoothly and to grow with the firm. JOB DUTIES: · Prepare correspondence, pleadings, etc. · E-Filing in various Local Courts and Venues · Calendaring and scheduling of depositions, hearings, meetings, etc. · Working with Attorneys, other support staff and clients · Manage Client Billing · Process mail, answer telephone calls and other administrative duties as required REQUIREMENTS: · Minimum of at least 3-5 years of experience in Nevada Law, preferably in the Reno area · E-filing experience in both State and Federal · Knowledge of the Local Rules of Civil Procedure · Be able to calendar all important dates · Be extremely organized · Able to follow through on what needs to be done · Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills We provide large firm benefits including, but not limited to: Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, etc. For more information about this firm and the position, please submit your Resume for consideration of an interview.
Responsibilities
